Update - September 25, 2017

Thanks to the generosity of our donors, in just over eight weeks our Keeping Cool Summer Fundraiser has raised over $14,000. These funds have been been put toward expenses incurred for our new ductless air conditioning system rather than using existing donated funds critical for future improvement and expansion. We still need to raise an additional $8,606 to meet our goal, and your donation can help. With September temperatures in New Jersey still in the 80s, it's not too late to Keep Cool! Read Dr. Peter Crist's letter below for more information about this fundraiser.

Dear Friend of Orgonomy,

The dog days of summer are upon us and we are happy to report that thanks to a new, state-of-the-art ductless air conditioning system installed last fall in our main building, the ACO campus is as cool as a cucumber!

The progress made by our Property Improvement Project over the past several years has allowed us to hold more of our events at home on our campus, but that also meant that during our summer events, all of our old window unit air conditioners were running at once. It was never comfortable enough; it was difficult for attendees to hear presenters over the noise; and old and inefficient electrical circuits were often tripped.

During our training seminars on weekends, trainees were either too hot or too cold, and during the week second-floor office conditions for our staff were equally uncomfortable. But those days are gone since the installation of our new, energy efficient, whisper-quiet Mitsubishi Ductless air conditioning system throughout the building. The units in each room are individually controlled and have temperature and timer settings to increase energy efficiency. The units also function as heat-pumps which will be of great help in the winter when our radiators are taking their time warming up.

Of course, improvement and efficiency comes at a price. Rather than using existing donated funds from our Property Improvement Project account that will be critical for future improvement and expansion, we hope you will contribute to our Keeping Cool Summer Fundraiser.

Our fundraising goal is $22,606 which will cover costs as follows:

- Two 2-ton Mitsubishi outside condenser units, six indoor wall unit evaporators,
including labor: $18,476
- Additional electrical work to install new circuitry: $2,230
- Removal of old wall unit air conditioners and drywall repair: $900

Finally, to complete the project, we will need to install one additional ductless unit to replace the remaining window air conditioner located at the front of our main building: estimated cost $1,000

This is a very important project and we would appreciate your financial support. Any donation, no matter the size, makes a difference. It is only with your generous help that we can continue to make strides in improving our campus and sharing what we have to offer to the world.

The ACO is a 501c3 non-profit organization, and all donations are tax deductible. You may send your donation to us at the address below, call our office staff at (732) 821-1144, or donate securely by clicking the DONATE button above.

From all of us at the ACO, I wish you and yours an enjoyable summer and I hope to see you in the near future at one of the many events at our home.
